Our deep water port has direct ferry service to New England and all its many tourists sites. Located an hour and a half from Manhattan, Port Jefferson Village has maintained its old town character with a modern port facility, a main street filled with shops, pubs and restaurants.
Settled on the north shore of Eastern Long Island in the 17th century our town is 15 minuets away from Stony Brook University and its Cultural Center with bus and train connections to New York City and points beyond.
Leisure boating, kayaking and sailing, swimming at the town's beaches, playing tennis on the village's courts, skating on the outdoor rink and strolling the boardwalk make Port Jefferson a special place to live and visit.
